Checkers is bringing an international shopping trend to South Africa with an exclusive sales weekend for its more than 8 million Xtra Savings members.
Xtra Xtra Weekend will run from 15 – 17 October 2021 and with more than 5 000 products on promotion, it will be Checkers’ biggest sales event of the year.
As is the case with international retailers who run annual members’ only events, Checkers will offer deep discounts exclusively for Xtra Savings card holders.
During Xtra Xtra Weekend, shoppers can expect jaw-dropping savings of up to 50%, on a wide range of top-selling items and premium products, including champagne and steak.
The available deals will be advertised in national media from Thursday, 14 October.
Since launching in October 2019, more than 8 million shoppers have signed up for Checkers Xtra Savings, and this is another way in which the supermarket is rewarding its loyal customers.
Shoppers who aren’t yet Xtra Savings members can still sign up at no cost, quickly and easily, in order to take advantage of the deals on offer during Xtra Xtra Weekend.
