The annual Mall of the South #Holler campaign is taking place on Saturday, 26 August.
The theme for the 2023 campaign is “Taking Your Power Back” and it aims to provide survivors of Gender-Based Violence with a platform to share their stories of overcoming abuse and turning their experiences into positive change. The focus will be on empowering survivors and raising awareness about gender-based violence to foster a supportive and educate community.
The one-day event will feature key speakers who are survivors of GBV, sharing their personal testimonials of resilience and empowerment. These speakers will also provide education and insights into GBV issues, shedding light on the challenges faced by survivors and the broader community.
